if there is maintenance contract between the CAMO and part 145 approved organisation ,is then these contract required a approval fro aviation authority?
Hi. It is clear that for commercial air transport, the contract between an operator and their Part 145 organisation is required to be approved by the competent authority. M.A. 708 (c) refers.
