Transport Canada - SFAR 88 Training

Hi

Is it mandatory to have SFAR 88/Fuel Tank Safety training under Transport Canada regs. If so can you tell me the reg.

Thank for that but I am unable to find reference to training for the engineers on the shop floor or am I missing something.
