GATWICK ( M.R.O ) Staff Disharmony

A colleague of mine who works at Gatwick has said that staff working within a certain M.R.O at Gatwick are not happy with their Company with respect to conditions of employment, when i was told who the M.R.O was i was very suprised because i thought that they are a good employer, reason i am asking is because i have applied for a position with them, not at Gatwick but elsewhere, and naturally when i heard this rumour i was quite suprised, hopefully it is just a rumour, am not mentioning the M.R.O concerned naturally because it may be false, but those in the know could perhaps enlighten me.

Cheers
