Unhappy FEW QUESTION ABOUT VHF

What spacing between each vhf station would be required
<a> if the operator's aircraft(QANTAS/VIRGIN BLUE/JETSTAR)was only operated within the australia mainland?
<b> if the operator's aircraft(QANTAS)was to operate on a route that was over European airspace?

what limitations would be placed on the operator(QAN) in question (part(b))aboue, if their VHF Communication systems did not comply with the required channel spacing?

thx for ur answer!!

Mandatory spacing in Europe above FL195 is 8.33KHz. If you don't have the capability and are not an Exempt flight (e.g Military), then you won't be given access above FL195.
