Aircraft Valuations

If I was looking to purchase an aircraft of course I would have to know how much each asset on it is worth, engines, APU landing gear, components etc. I appreciate that all sorts of factors come into play regarding LLP life etc.
My question is out there anywhere is there a basic template to use for valuing an aircraft?
