Monarch Engineering Interview

Hi guys, I applied for the Monarch Aircraft Engineering Apprenticeship a few months ago. I was successful in the initial tests at Luton and now have an interview this Wednesday at Manchester. I'm fairly nervous and not sure what to expect. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on the situation

Just be honest and upfront. No one likes bu****.If you have any interests which are aviation related it helps.Try and think of questions that you might get asked and practice a good answer. If you get asked something your not sure about it is better to say your unsure than give a load of waffle.Much of the time interviews are about character assesment just to see what kind of person you are.Good luck...hoe you are successful
