Sb advice
Help, I have a query about Service Bullitins. I cant find it in Part M that makes SB mandatory. Is this right, it used to be before down to the owner/maintainer to decide.
Any help would be appreciated

If it is mandatory it will say so on it or have an AD that makes it mandatory.
