I remember when a certain MD departed from Channex at BOH some years ago.
He told PM to run the airline himself if he was good enough. So he did.
Also about 1988 the Chief Pilot went at very short notice. At 0830 I asked him a question. I returned for an answer at 0900 and found he had departed after a consultation with PM.

Very strange to loose such experience just before the summer season..Even the Admin Manager has thrown her toys out the cot again !!

Will jet2 still be using the "in house recruitment agency", now that 2 of the agency directors are no longer working for jet2? Also, I wonder if PM is hearing a lot of " I told you so"?
