Rivet squeezer

Anyone got a hand rivet squeezer (and maybe a handful of rivets and captive nuts) that they want to sell me? I could go and buy a new one but cannot justify the cost for the small one-off job I'm doing.
I'm near to LHR.
Worth a shot........

When I was in the Air Force I made a hand rivet squeezer out of an old pair of large "Vice Grips". I ground off and polished the gripping surfaces then had the surfaces case hardened. It worked fine on 3/32" monel and AD rivets that held nutplates in place.

You never buy tools for the job you're doing. You buy them for the job you may do. One can't go wrong buying quality tools; they're lifetime investments.

Alternately, you might consider borrowing.

You can find rivet tools, including clecos squeezers, rivet guns, bucking bars, deburring materials, dimplers, rivet shavers and so forth, all day long on ebay.

Good idea!

Not here in the UK I'm afraid.

This post has indeed resulted in an offer to lend, thanks.
