747-400 FMC Ident Page

Hi, guys/gals...
I'm helping with the programming of a desktop flight sim computer program. Does anyone know what the FMC Ident page displays (Line 1 left) on a 747-400ERF or on a Combi?

I know regular 744's have "747-400", regular freighters have "747-400F" and passenger ER's have "747-400.1".

Do ERF's have 747-400.1F? Or perhaps 747-400F.1?
Do Combis have 747-400C? (or perhaps "M"?)

Thanks!
Cheers
NSEU
