Hi all,

I just bought a Lear 23, this aircraft is not in flying condition and i have to remove her from the airport ASAP.

I will put her on a trailer, i have to remove the wings and the elevator, if somebody is familiar with the procedure please call.

Yeah there is like six or eight bolts under the floor, just unbolt and lift the fuse off...I'm guessing your not getting a engineer on this one so who cares if you do the job right...I assume the aircraft is scrap.

What a cool purchase, I'll assume that you've bought F-GAMA - which was written off back in 1981 in a ground accident!

One of the original NetJets Aircraft formally known as EJA!!!

You could try to contact Lear Doctor.

Good luck,

you may want to get help from one of the salvage companies that insurance uses to get aircraft out of off airport landings. They typically have the expertise and equipment to de-mate and transport without causing additional damage. A call to the regional claims adjuster for any of the large insurance underwriters should be able to get you some recomendations.

lj23 wing removal

Hi, any photos of the wing removal? I had asked many pilots if the Lear 23-25 was one single or two cant wings and no one knew, until today!

Would like to have a pic of one. thanks
