Looking for technical drawings of IL-76/78 aircrafts

Hi,

I'm new on these forums and this is my first post on here. I am scale modeler and build RC flying model in giant scale category. Presently i'm trying to get technical drawings on IL-76/78 Russian Heavy transport aircraft as this is my next subject after 1:14th scale Concorde is completed. If there anyone who could provide me with factory type drawings such as Aerodynamic 3 views, fuselage cross section and wing rib drawings, fuselage station drawings, landing gear drawings. I am willing to pay for making copies and shipping for these drawings if anyone can provide these to me. I'm in Toronto, Canada.

Regards,
Concorde75

Hi,

Blueprints site is not working at this time, i'll try it again.

Air Break check your PM inbox...

NutLoose I have those drawings, they are good for there face value or for small projects. Problem with freebie web drawings is they are rendition of person drawing them as how he/she precieves the aircraft, nose of them in one scale match from one to another.....

Concorde75 out!

You will not be building a accurate rendition anyway. You will have to modify the design to produce the aerodynamics that allow your model to fly..

You are partially true, main wing's airfoils will be changed as original airfoil on model will not work well due to weight and speed differences and model's propulsion set ups. All the remaining angles and curves, fuselage cross section shape will all remain same due to smaller scale of the model..
