The last time I checked, they were one of the best companies to work for in the aerospace sector in Singapore. They had good bonuses, pay and annual increments. Their working hours then, for a shift environment, was also not bad. Don't know how it is now. They are expanding furiously, that I know for sure. You could also consider Rolls Royce, which is opening a engine manufacturing plant in Seletar in a few years time.
