Ermm, what's a 737 Cg? Do you mean a 737CL as in Classic?

CG = Classic Generation.

With 737=3/4/500 type rating for several years and from long before the NG came along, I have never heard it referred to as a CG, only a CL as in Classic. In fact, the 737-200 was referred to as the Classic before the NG.

Oh well, live and learn, if we now have CGs, so be it.

Why not give it the respect it is due and call it a Classic, let the old bird age and die gracefully.
