I Have Been Applying For Ek Engineering For Long Time Now And At Last They Have Called Me And They Offered Me With TE3 Or E3 Licenced Aircraft Engineer...
I Would Like You All
1) Do You Guys Advice Me To Join Them?
2) What Is The Total Salary And Benifits For This Grade?
3) TE3 Or E3 What Does It Stand At The Grade Scale Of The Engineers? What Is It Senior Engineer Or A Beginner?

Well I'm Holding Approvals On
1-ATR42-500 Total Experience Of 10 Years
2-B737 NG Total Experience 8 Years
3-A330 Total Experience Less Then A Year

I'm Now As Senior Engineer Avionics In My Current Company.

My Current Company Is Developing Fast So Is It Advicable To Leave And Start Again Somewhere Else?

1.) NO, not enough manpower in LINE/BASE too much work, poor protection
2.) roundabout 15 K AED as starter + licensepay + schooling + housing in company accomodation, U have only 2 approval for EK
3.)TE03 highest LVL of certifying Engineers

Better You stay in beautiful Oman , they are growing as well und will give U same nice Opportunities.

i just want to know how much will be the total salary without the accummodation?
the school fees.. the total 3400 is it per kid or this is the total will be given?
i was told that i'll be located for B737 fly dubai,,, so how is the load in b737's?
