Read the syllabus and the CAO, CAR's and you can't go wrong. Also go pick up the CASA maintenance guide, that's a real help.

I highly reccommend enroling in an AA Course run by an approved Training Organization. The structured course will help not only answer the questions correctly, but help you understand the system.

At the end of the day, understanding the regulatory structure will help you make the right decisions when performing your duties.

It has all changed since Part 66 came into effect. Best to look at the AAC's and go read on com law.
