Engineering (non-licenced) Contract Agencies - BHX/EMA

Could anybody advise which engineering contract agencies recruit into midlands based Airlines/FBOs.

Specifically I am looking into the potential for a non-licenced BHX/EMA or MAN (at a push) contract in service support or similar.

I realise opportunities are probably thin on the ground at the moment, but would be very interested in talking to agencies nontheless. I have over 10 years systems/hydro-mech/service support experience working for the likes of GE/Smiths, Rolls-Royce, Airbus etc on products ranging from PFCs and Large Engines through to LG and Fuel systems but always for the primes and suppliers - never the end user so this is new territory.

Thanks for any help - any PM would be great.
