A lot of patience........
First requirement is to have a UAE residents visa.
You then have to sit and pass a 3 day Emirates Air leg course.
Then you get to take the proper Air Leg miltiple choice exam, and if you pass then several weeks, or possibly months, later you take the written part of the exam which generally has about an 80% failure rate...
You then pay around 2000 Dirhams (about $700) for them to eventually issue the license (can take up to 1 month).
They will not transfer any type ratings unless you can prove you have been certifying on type for a minimum of 2 years and will require certified copies of all relevant documents along with the standard pile of passport photos'.....
