Engineer salaries in UAE?

Hi,

Just out of interest, what is the average sort of salary for an Engineer working in the UAE for a flag carrier (such as Emirates or Etihad) or one of the Bizjet operators?

Kind Regards,

Dominic

Surely people like emirates pay their licensed engineers a lot more than 2500 quid a month?

TURIN : there is no taxes in the UAE (officialy , but maybe some hidden one...).
LEAFITOUT : Plse , do not forget to say that first , you will need to obtain the GCAA License ... (are you a good student only for sure ...whats your name ? where are you coming from ?) , then you will have to go to a QA Board for each type of A/C (I remember that the QA Engineer (Dear O.W.) asked me what was written on the stamp from the guys from the store , was I working in stores ? maybe , Line Maintenance ... , thats true guys ... then maybe you will be paid for it .
Cheers.
