Reliability Engineering

Im just a fresh graduate of Aircraft Engineer. I was hired by a local airline as Reliability Engineer. I know this is a difficult job. What I need first is to find a sample of reliability report. Especially how are the PIREPS rate being computed and how to compute for the alert levels. I really appreciate if there is someone who will share me a sample of report..
thanks!
