Wright R1820 and WSK PZL (Kalisz) Asz 62IR-M18

Hi

Reading http://www.casa.gov.au/ame/download/aac9-92.pdf the Wright R1820 and WSK PZL (Kalisz) Asz 62IR-M18 engine is group 21 licensing and requires a mandatory training course.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the world where this is available ?

I image its available in Poland where they manufacture the Antonov AN-2 and Dromader but is it in English ??

Thanks All

You gain your Group 1 and group 3 Engine license, and then you get the hours required in the appropriate chapters. CASA will then give you a oral exam on the engine and then you get your license that way. Perhaps you could contact the guys at Dunn's Aviation in Western Australia as they have a maintenance base at Balidu.
