South AFrican Maintenance Release

Silly question time...

Anyone know what the South African Authorised Release Certificate - Airworthiness Approval Tag is called??

The equiv of the EASA Form 1 or FAA 8130-3..

Thanks

never been standardised and I never even heard a SACAA inspector call it by a specific name (unlike the aircrat release cert, the so called "five step signoff" release)

Take a sample of release certs from the component shops and they all look different, same info but widely different formats.

There is talk of an impending AIC (but talks of many implending AICs)
