Top Gear 747 conversion

dont know if this is right area, but after watching some episodes of Top Gear on Dave (free Digital TV channel in UK) there is a 747 that look to have a pare of engine nasels that you would expect to see on a B-52 also had the B-52 type type external tanks near the end of the wing's.
