GB Airways Engineering

Can anyone tell me what happened to the GB Airways Engineering department after the EasyJet take over. Was everyone offered positions with EasyJet? I ask as an ex GB employee. It was a great team that I knew.

All the technical staff were kept on so the reps and dev guys were ok sadly downroute engineers were all made redundant a few days before the swapover.

Isn't that illegal, surely there was a case for TUPE.
