Light aircrafts Landing gears

Hello,
For a project we are designing a 4 seat light aircraft. I have a problem about landing gears.

Our plane Center of gravity is 3.51 with full fuel, 4 passengers and full baggage.

Length of plane: 7.29m

it will be retractable landing gears so how can i find the position of undercarriages?

thank you

You will have to work out the formula. Its in the A & P technician hand book. You should be able to find it at midland TAFE's library.
