Suppliers and use of MIL-PRF-87257 hydraulic fluid
I am trying to find suppliers (in the US) of MIL-PRF-87257 in 1 quart containers. Most I have spoken to will supply 55 gallon drums but that is of no use to us.
This is s direct replacement hydraulic fluid for MIL-PRF-5606 by the way.
Any leads would be appreciated.
Do any of you guys alredy use this hydraulic fluid (outside of the US military)?? Any issues, war stories or recommendations??

Well according to shells Aeroshell book ( Free online and they will send you a hard copy also free (IN UK) the spec you give is for Aeroshell 51, see link

but they do not do it in the sizes you require, though they do list 5 gal containers
