A lot of recruitment/recommendation is done by word of mouth and headhunting. It's a small world and a good reputation goes a long way (that's me stuffed then).

Even in hard copy, Aviationjobsearch is not a newspaper though, and it includes jobs for aircraft wreckers like pilots, cabin crew, management and other assorted riff-raff.

I reckon reading a newspaper dedicated to aircraft engineering would be fairly tough going though - unless it was run by "Dunny" and his gang of reprobates...

P.S. Does the paper version of Aviationjobsearch have a page 3? Does it? Does it?

A publication loosely based around the "Sunday Sport" format could work............
