This CAA document mentions ensuring that maintenance programmes should ensure the inspection of galley drawers, stowages and carts. How many maintenance programmes cover the inspection of galley carts?

Commercial Department had a fit when we poked our nose into Galley Equipment with electrical services(Ref: AWN99). They'll go totally ape when we demand to take a look at their galley carts - and then scrap half of them...
