Free turbine engine, question if you can rotate propeller
counter-clockwise with no any consequence to the engine or shaft? If yes, why is that? Thx for any help.

I'm pretty sure that it is because when you are moving the prop , you are only connected to the power turbine at the rear of the engine, not the N1,N2 stages(compressor/turbine) of the actual powerplant. so the prop and the power turbine are interconnected on their own independant shaft.
Hope that this helps.

Most gas turbines whether turbo prop or fan will allow the engine to be rotated in the opposite direction. The concern is with single shaft gas turbine engines like the TPE331, where you are also turning accessories like starters that are hanging off the gearbox..
Some PW120s have gear hanging off the prop gearbox as well, eg: hydraulic pump and AC Generator on the Dash. Ac Gen doesn't give a rats but the hyd pump can cause some probs if it's spun backwards for a bit.

If you rotating the propeller by hand you only rotating prop shaft n reduction gearbox n set of two stage power turbin (pt6A-50).turbin compressor n compressor split by air coupller (freeturbine) not rotate.
