could you please help me to editing an airline maintenance training manual(MTM)?

I want to edit airline maintenance training manual (MTM) ,so I need a sample ,could you please guide how should I do?whats the refrences and ...

In the good old days the CAA were very helpful with this sort of thing. have you contacted them?
