CAA Approved Child/baby seats for aircraft

I am trying to locate the manufacturer of a child/baby seat that has CAA, or other NAA, approval to fit in a standard aircraft seat.
All those that are available in the local souk (Mid East) are restrained by a normal car seat belt that has the lap and diagonal belt arrangement.

Ideally, the seat should be able to be fitted in both forward and rear facing positions.

I seem to recall in the past a UK operator, Air Europe (?) were trialing one.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
