Unhappy B757-400

I am currently on a B757 B1 course. Our instructor keeps insisting in saying that a Boeing 757-400 was build. Can anybody shed some light ? Did I miss anything ? Is he stubborn or did I miss a link?

Does not look good when an instructor looses the plot.
Tell him its the B767 that has a 400 series.

He's probably referring to This.

"On February 20, 2005, a British Airways Boeing 757-400, registration G-BNLG, experienced an engine failure shortly after takeoff from Los Angeles ..."
