Lightbulb Income vs Outgoings

Could anyone confirm or deny that FLS are in talks with either Boeing and or Honeywell, about a possible buy out or amalgamation?

I don't see FLS buying Boeing or honeywell at present due cash flow problems!

Thumbs up

FLS have a cash flow problem??
then surely the buyout would come from boeing or honeywell not FLS buying them out..

Understand there was mass meeting by mangement, to convinve workforce all was nearly well.

Any clues as to the MOU signed with Honeywell at Farnborough?

I did not really need the clarification, I was actually being facetious. Most engineers in the UK know FLS are virtually broke.

Not helped by the number of own goals which the underwriters are having problems with due the number & level of claims from customers.

Whoever buys FLS needs to close it & start again, too much dead wood floating around.

The good engineers need not worry as FLS do too much work for the UK charter industry & someone will always run the hangars. I bet some of the old hangers on are starting to worry.

I have heard that FLS are talking to S-Air group and B F Goodrich. Just some more fuel for the rumour fire.
