The pilot's pages are awash with wingeing, overpaid co-jo's whining that they are under-payed and overworked. Old North-sea Captains think that two rotations a day twice a week is stretching their £50,000 a year bollocks.
Let's have a little forum on how it is to try to maintain this type of thing in the wake of mergers, animosity and all. Let's keep it clean for a start and also let's start a thread for all those guys who are in police and EMS work we seem to be continually shafted as well.
