Arrow way of things

Got the big 50 coming up.Been having some Confuscious like thoughts about the airline industry I have spent 25 years in.
I am only sure of a couple of things.
Boeings are better than Airbus, for sheltering under in the rain.
ECAM is better than EICAS.
Airbus are easier on tyre wear.
The current bean counter type management style is the worst thing to ever happen and I fear the worst;and soon.
I am not renewing my licence next time.

Keep the faith brother! I was feeling the same way when I was working in the fragrant harbour for that misconcept of efficiency known as CX. Bean counters and blinkered petty management drove me to the same conclusion...but... the way I sort revitalisation was to get out of there and into a small comapny, small team where you can make a difference.

You have been at it a long time, don't throw it away now! just look for a different approach.

Yeah, you are right.I let the b'stards get to me.
Feeling better now though after completing a big delay report highlighting some beancounter's shortsightedness.
