Question Apron Strings

Talking about ground ops,has anyone found a more dangerous airport to work than Rome.We were out there strike breaking for Alitalia and it was mental. The baggage guys drop things all over the taxiways and if you pick
them up the police do you for interfering with the mail!!If you can cut up the odd jumbo so much the better.Luckily they all drove Fiat Pandas so that kept the top speed down.Alitalias staff canteen even had free
booze on tap.The Italians didnt bother with it,but it was a bit tempting for a few of the Brits.

Cool

Doing a push on a 340 there once the main wheels were just getting to the road before the taxiway and a effin great bus drove behind us and onto the taxiway doing about 60mph. This is nml says the pushback driver, hence when asked to go back I politely declined the offer. Isa crazy there! Nice weather though.
