Arrow Help!

Hi, I am an italian aeronautical engineer, specialized in structural maintenance of civil airplanes and with a great passion for aviation.
I've been looking for a job for almost one year, now, but here in Italy it's not so easy.
My dream is to work in USA. I have written to a lot of airlines and firms, but no positive reply, as yet. Anyone can give me advice on where I could have more chances? I also would like to become a pilot (my biggest dream), but my budget is quite small...Any suggestions?
Thank you very much.
