Unhappy Avionics Types

Q1 Why do so many Avionics types have limp handshakes?

Q2 Why do A & C types have a grip like a vice?

Q3 Why is the Eng & Techs forum getting so serious?

Serious, us lot, I think not. There is more micky taking in our profession than most, but let's face it, if we were serious then the job would soon get to you. There seem to be more 'characters' in aircraft maintenance that should be on the stage and I don't mean sweeping it! But you also have to be strong enough to take it. I recall some time ago that one of the blokes that I work with, let's call him The Bouncy Castle, was pondering over a crossword puzzle at break time. I should point out that the crew room was full to bursting. 'Struggling are we?' I enquired, 'Give us a clue'. Yes I am stuck on this one here. The clue is ''Over loaded postman''. I asked the usual question, how many letters. To which my soon to be ex-mate said in a loud voice 'Absolutely millioms, that is why he is overloaded!' And that was the last time I ever offered to help with his crossword!
