Arrow mh engine failure

Heard today MH almost had double engine failure on B777 with Trents caused by failure to refit oil pipe after maint. I think it was a boro. inspection of one of the oil scavenge tubes which had a tendancy to coke up. One engine apparently lost oil after t.o. followed a short time later by the second engine.Luckly the crew never shut either one of them down.and made a hasty retreat to kul.

I'll try to find out more
4 engineers on suspension as i'm led to believe

Cool

I heard from one of the MH pilots that it was caused by oil caps being left off at AMS!!!!!!!!!!! Still, what do the pilots know anyway!

Love
