Easa Part M & CAP 747 US Equivalent

I'm not an Engineer hence the question.

What is the US's equivalent to Easa Part M or CAP 747?

Thanks.

Musket.

CAP 747 equivalent = FAA Airworthiness Directives (mostly)
Part M = maybe the Handbook for Airworthiness 8300-10?

CAP 747 = Basically FAR 39 as previously posted.

Part M = FAR 91
