55 pilots going though and we all have been offered the choice of taking a pay cut to be reviewed in 3 months when hopefully this will all be over.

Correction, choice of a pay cut that will possibly be reviewed when I bare my arse in Sainsbury's window or when there is a shortage of engineers again and market forces put pay up!!!!!
