With just one forum, it would get lost in all the topics. Try the AirMech Bulletin Board, It is far more specific for your needs. If you think this is a worthwhile cause (and it is) we can create maybe an 'employment rumours' forum, that can catch news that is outside of the normal channels. We already have forums set up for Engineers per airline, so this could be a good start.
