easyTech is a totally different ball game to FLS. Different pay structure, independant management who are mindful of the way FLS has done things in the past and are trying very hard not to make the same mistakes. Current salaries are under review. Staff have just been told they are to get share options in easyjet. Most guys I know there are happy enough. Put it this way, there are not guys leaving in droves!

we had a stack of contractors at easytech last year, they were all offered permi jobs and they all took them.
4x4 nights including bonus circa £44,000

Red face

They only offered me £31k including shift pay and a "possible" bonus of "up to" 25% dependant upon performance of me and TDR.
Sounds a bit iffy to me.

Bonuses over the last 2 years have averaged out at about 85 - 90 % of the max payable. Thats 80-90% of 25% = 20-22.5%
