Does anyone know of any Helicopter Maintenance company who are looking for unlicenced engineers, and would be prepared to take someone on with limited experience??

Do yourself a favour - forget helicopters, go fixed wing.
I've been trying to get out of heli for some time now and it ain't easy. Fully licensed avionics (including modules 24 and 27)with a lot of years experience and no f/w companies interested.
Shortage? What shortage?

Supervisor with 17 years service with Scotia
(Bond) at Humberside circa £29,000.
Certifying engineer with easytech starting pay on 737's £40,000+ inc bonus.
Benefits is a different ballgame.
Pay in the helicopter industry has stagnated over the last ten years. If it's money
go large fixed wing and get a licence.
