Post BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heard that the White Hatters' line hut at LTN got a bit out of shape the other day. Apparently the tumble drier went BOOM big time taking out double glazed windows with it. Any one know anything more?

The washing machine was the domestic item in question. Gas produced from it's contents and detergent was ignited by washing machine motor sparking. The washing machine continued to run even after the explosion! There are some bendy walls in there now and even some missing. I do know that a couple of blokes are lucky to escape with their lives, thankfully. I'm not sure how the coat in the machine is doing though!

We've got a tumble dryer, but not a washing machine! I'm impressed! WE demand more info, type of detergent, contents of coat pockets, make of washing machine etc. was it on wash or rinse or spin?

There were eighteen of us living under a set of steps on the ramp at Ronaldsway, everyday our shift supervisor would make us lick skydrol rig clean with our tongues...

Sounds like a picnic Jango. Skydrol breaks? Pure bloody luxury! What a bunch of softies.

Apparently a bloke somewhere at LTN took a bungie jump from the tail docking without a bungie cord being attached. So my sources tell me, he free fell about 10 feet and walked away with nothing more than a black eye and a few bruises. Is this true? Does anyone know any more?

Yes this is true. He fell from the tail/APU stand to the ground. He was back a few hours later (more fool him) though I heard it was just to clear a few odds and ends (?). More seriously I hear the HSE are involved because the stand in question was unfit for the purpose, so the **** will hit Britannia's fan. Will they ever learn that cutting costs doesn't always work?
