Read this ad today- Stansted, Schipol, and Norwich. Any info....from those in the know? Pay, conditions, morale etc

A lot of experienced Engineers leaving in droves from STN. The pay deal in AMS is not very good. It used to be mostly contractors and the Dutch over there not many Brits. Moral very low accross the company. Money Ok if you have all there current type approvals and you are at the top of the pay scale.
