Organisation

To all those on the outside of the wire...

How are your First line establishments organised?

Here in HM's Rare Ancient Flyers we have a flight line with linies and Rects teams working together to meet the program. Lots of you who have jumped ship and will have a good working knowledge - so please pass on the info' to those of us who may wish to follow in your footseps. I already work large fleet stuff and there the similarity stops!

What I am interested in is the manpower sizes, shift routines, working practices, organisations...etc

(I know this is bound to invite sarcasm but can I please have some serious answers as well - Cheers - Sumps)

Simple! Or is it?

Get the right people who know what they are doing into key roles. Pay whatever they ask for and then keep them motivated and happy.
