Lightbulb JAR Compliance vs others

Can I ask fellow pruners for some help here please:-
Where or how will I find a complete listing of what is required to get an aircraft (part 121, mass >5700kg + 20 pax) JAR compliant?
Any help will be appreciated.

How long have you got? I do this for a living, would probably take me a couple of years and a few tens (or possibly hundreds) of thousands of pounds if the aircraft was already well sorted.

As for a complete listing, I've never seen it - it basically comes down to professional experience. Tell us what the aeroplane is, and where you want to certify it and I might be able to give you a clue.
