Job Offer

I have just received an e-mail telling me that a client is interested in offering me a job as "SOC Department Supervisor".

Could anyone tell me what does "SOC" stand for?

I tried a GOOGLE search but all it came up with was 'Social or Social Studies Department'. Definately nothing to with aviation.
