Ahhh Beware, Kristal is an agency!! She works for a 2 bit out fit that came up with a lot of talk but nothing behind it.
If you fancy the Singapore experience stick with major agencies, Aviation-Jobs-International or Milcom. I have worked Singapore with both and they are considerably more experienced in getting you set up etc..although I would say AJI are probably the slicker of the 2.
